Group Health Insurance

All eligible employees may elect to participate in the Company's group health insurance plan. Coverage for all regular full-time employees may begin on the first of the month following thirty days of employment.

Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

All eligible employees may elect to participate in the Company's basic life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance plan. Coverage for all regular full-time employees may begin on the first of the month following thirty days of employment.

Optional Life Insurance

All eligible employees may elect to participate in the Company's optional life insurance plan. Coverage for all regular full-time employees may begin on the first of the month following thirty days of employment.

Group Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Plans

All regular full-time employees participate in the Company’s short-term and long-term disability plans. This benefit is fully paid by the Company. Coverage for all regular full-time employees begins on the first of the month following thirty days of employment.

Dental Insurance

All eligible employees may elect to participate in the Company's group dental insurance plan. Coverage for all regular full-time employees may begin on the first of the month following thirty days of employment.

401(k) Retirement Plan

All eligible employees may elect to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement plan. After six months of employment all regular full-time employees who are 21 years of age or older may enroll during one of the four enrollment periods per year.

Profit Sharing Plan

Profit sharing is another way of letting our regular full-time employees know how important they are to the success of our company. Success is based on cooperative efforts of employees working together in a planned and productive way to make the company strong and profitable. When we are successful, the Company has the discretion to share the achievement in a defined way through the Profit Sharing Plan for employees.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a special benefit provided by Delta Systems for its employees and their dependents. Regular full-time employees are eligible to participate after thirty days of employment. The EAP can help you and your family members with a wide variety of topics, including: family and marital issues, problems with alcohol, drugs and other addictions, financial and legal issues, mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety and stress, concerns associated with major medical problems, elder and child care, grief, anger management, and children’s issues.

Training and Education Benefit

All regular, full-time employees are eligible for educational assistance providing they have completed 90 days of service with the Company and are actively working. Employees may choose from courses that relate to their jobs or are part of a Delta-approved degree program.
