Meters
Delta Systems' meters are designed to provide helpful functionality to the end user while requiring a minimum amount of space. Hour meters track and record operating or “on” time to help the user properly maintain equipment. Multiple operating methods are available. Battery state-of-charge (SOC) meters display percentage of charge remaining. Two mounting styles are available: front panel mount snap-in and reverse panel mount clip-in. Meters have two unsealed ¼” spade terminals or an integral sealed 4-pin connector. Our meters are typically used for small engine-based or battery-powered electric products and applications, such as those used in:

Key-on hour meters accumulate and display time when the key is on the “on” position. LCDs has five 7-segment digits with 0.1-hour resolution. Features include assembly-friendly snap-in design, customizable graphics, and resettable service reminders.

Oil Pressure Sensing Hour Meters
Engine oil pressure sensing hour meters display and accumulate time when the key is on the “on” position and stops accumulating time when the oil pressure sense pin is closed to ground through the oil pressure switch. LCDs have five 7-segment digits with 0.1 hour-resolution. Has an IP67 rating and 3-year warranty.

Magneto/EFI Hour Meters
Magneto/EFI-compatible hour meters accumulate time when the engine is running. Magneto-sense and multi-sense versions are compatible with magneto pulses. Multi-sense versions are also compatible low-voltage square waves from fuel injection systems. Magneto-sense and multi-sense versions display time when the key switch is the on position. The magneto-powered version only displays time when the engine is running and is ideal for applications that have gas-powered engines but no onboard battery. LCDs have five 7-segment digits with 0.1-hour resolution. Other features include an assembly-friendly snap-in design, customizable graphics, an IP67 rating, and a 3-year warranty. Some models include a 12V power pass-thru pin or a 12VDC protected output to power a fuel solenoid (or other device) when the engine is running.

Hour Meter/Tachometer
Delta Systems' hour meter / tachometer displays hours when they key switch is on the on or run position. It accumulates time and displays both time and engine speed (RPM) when the engine is running, which is sensed using a pickup wire wrapped around the spark plug wire. LCDs have five, 7-segment digits with 0.1-hour resolution and 1-RPM resolution. Other features include assembly-friendly snap-in design, customizable graphics, an IP67 rating, and a 3-year warranty.

Battery State of Charge Meter
Delta Systems’ Battery State of Charge Meters measure the voltage of lead-acid batteries and displays state-of-charge to the user. Sealed to IP67, they are ideal for on- and off-road low-speed electric vehicles and other outdoor applications.
